As all adults are role models for children, we collaborate with staff who are dedicated to students' learning and personal growth, and are caring, flexible, and have the knowledge and understanding to promote and integrate second language acquisition with Montessori pedagogy. Each staff member is committed to our inquiry-based curriculum.

Ongoing professional development is vital to enhancing the service that we provide, as well as to sustaining the wellbeing of the staff and the entire community.  We offer in-service training and workshops pertaining to every aspect of the child’s and the adults’ whole development, and consistent with Montessori philosophy and second language acquisition. Staff from both our campuses collaborate regularly to share experiences, teaching resources, as well as successful practices.
