TEA Program at PRINTS
Preparing children for a flourishing future means nurturing more than academic achievement. It also means helping them develop the confidence to express their ideas, needs, and feelings, alongside the ability to listen attentively, communicate effectively, and collaborate thoughtfully with others.
With this in mind, we are delighted to introduce PRINTS’ TEA Program—Theatre, Expression, and the Arts—an enriching educational initiative for children from 18 months through adolescence. Through age-appropriate experiences in theatre, movement, storytelling, music, and the arts, children will explore their creativity, bring their ideas to life, and build meaningful connections with others.
Rooted in Montessori principles, the program evolves alongside each child’s developmental needs and capabilities. Younger children may begin with songs, gestures, movement, and imitation before progressing to acting out familiar stories. As they grow, they may explore improvisation, develop dialogue, collaborate on scenes, write scripts, and eventually create and lead original theatrical productions. At every stage, children will have opportunities to explore, express themselves, contribute to a group, and grow in confidence and independence.
Rather than focusing solely on theatrical performance, the TEA Program uses creative experiences to cultivate essential lifelong skills: the confidence to communicate, the compassion to connect, the ability to collaborate, and the courage to share original ideas. Children will learn not only to find their own voices but also to value the voices and perspectives of others. By nurturing these qualities, we aim to support capable, compassionate individuals who can contribute thoughtfully to a more harmonious and peaceful world.
