Gratitude Lunch

November 25, 2026

IMG_6133.jpeg

Before Thanksgiving, our students prepare a special Gratitude Lunch to share with our school community. Working together in the kitchen, they help wash, chop, cook, and set the table, taking pride in every step. When everyone sits down to eat, the children serve their guests with grace and courtesy and take a moment to share what they are thankful for.

The lunch is a meaningful way for children to show appreciation through their own hands. It brings together practical life skills, teamwork, and care for others, and reminds us that gratitude is something we can live out.

MOON FESTIVAL CELEBRATION

October 2, 2026

IMG_6480_edited.jpg

The Moon Festival is one of the most memorable celebrations in Chinese culture honoring the harvest, the fullness of the moon, and the joy of reunion. It is a treasured and fun tradition that gathers families together to experience and reflect on gratitude, unity, and the abundance of the season. At PRINTS, we view such cultural experiences are more than festive occasions. They offer invaluable opportunities to cultivate global awareness, enrich language, and deepen our community bonds.

Student-led Pop-up Cafe

October 18, 2026

IMG_7506.HEIC

On the exciting morning of October 18, our elementary and high school students transformed the school entrance into a vibrant pop-up café! They poured hearts into planning, designing the menu, cooking up tasty treats, orders, and serving guests with big, bright smiles. Families flocked in, and children lined up with eager anticipation filling the atmosphere with laughter and lively conversations.

This café was so much more than just coffee and waffles; it was a fantastic chance for our students to learn teamwork, embrace responsibility, and warmly welcome everyone, perfectly capturing the spirit of Montessori learning: real work, real purpose, and a true connection to our community!

Hands-On-Prints

Publications by PRINTS' Founder

hands-on-prints-news-v6.png

Hands-on-Prints grew from a belief that children’s books can do more than tell a story: they can open doors to discovery. Created by PRINTS founder Christinia Cheung and her collaborators, these Montessori-inspired publications invite children to explore the connections between language, mathematics, nature, art, and culture. Through thoughtful illustrations and engaging ideas, each book offers a starting point for questions, conversations, and discoveries that continue beyond its pages. Rather than simply presenting answers, the collection encourages children to look closely, think independently, and find meaning in the world around them. Whether shared at home or explored in the classroom, these books bring children and adults together in the joy of learning, nurturing curiosity that can grow into a lifelong love of reading and exploration.
